Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable recruiter to join our HR recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about attracting top talent, crafting effective recruitment strategies, and delivering a standout candidate experience. You’ll support hiring needs across a broad spectrum, from entry-level roles to executive positions. Success in this role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and team members, a creative approach to sourcing, and a keen interest in process improvement. Manage the recruiting cycle using our ATS and Project management tools (Zoho, Asana, Basecamp, etc..) Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent across digital platforms. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth process. Maintain accurate data in Zoho Recruit and tracking sheets for reporting and insights. Provide weekly and quarterly updates on recruiting projects. Suggest and implement process improvements that will enhance the speed and quality of hiring. Foster an excellent candidate experience and positive employer reputation. Support onboarding hand offs in collaboration with HR when needed. Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelors Degree In Business Administration, HR or certification and equivalent experiences 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or generalist environments. Proficiency in Zoho Recruit or similar ATS, Google Sheets/Excel, and sourcing/project management tools. Demonstrated success in filling roles across multiple levels, for both onshore and offshore hiring. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Proactive mindset and creative thinker with a “figure-it-out” approach. Skilled in enhancing employer visibility and creating meaningful candidate engagement strategies.
