Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support daily operations by managing communication, overseeing schedules, coordinating travel, and ensuring the timely preparation of invoices. The position requires someone who is reliable, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 • Answer incoming calls and manage email communications.

 • Organize and schedule meetings with clients and team members.

 • Plan travel itineraries and make necessary arrangements for employees.

 • Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time.

 • Update and maintain the company website and manage social media profiles.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

 • No prior experience required—training will be provided.

 • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

 • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

 • Stable internet connection and reliable computer setup.

 • Professional attitude with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Salary/Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour plus commission
