Job Requirements

\n\t - Education Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license or diploma from an accredited nursing program\n\t
- Certifications Requirements: Current CPR certification, BLS certification, and Mental Health Certification (preferred)\n\t
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of RN experience in clinic settings, mental health experience strongly preferred\n\t
- Other Requirements: Ability to work Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule, excellent communication skills, compassionate patient care approach\n

Job Responsibilities

\n\t - Provide comprehensive nursing care to outpatient patients with diverse mental health needs.\n\t
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.\n\t
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.\n\t
- Execute medical procedures and administer medications in accordance with facility protocols.\n\t
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication management, and coping strategies.\n
