This is a contract position lasting 4-5 months, requiring a background check. Key Responsibilities : Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies for each role. Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent using niche sites / channels such as LinkedIn and other social media. Possess working knowledge of compensation skills to determine appropriate salaries. Resolve any issues and barriers associated with facilitating seamless onboarding for new employees. Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees. Qualifications : 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. High-volume recruiting experience. Proficient in ATS / HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Independent, strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, dependable. Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
