At Sparkle Car Wash, we believe clean cars and happy people go hand in hand. We’re looking for a Site Manager who is ready to take ownership of daily operations, lead a motivated team, and create an environment where customers love to come — and employees love to work.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
• Drive sales, membership conversions, and key performance goals (KPIs).
• Manage cash handling, site organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Conduct team training, coaching, and regular performance check-ins.
• Perform and monitor maintenance inspections and preventative upkeep.
• Foster a strong sales and service culture that reflects Sparkle’s core values.
• Open and close the site, ensuring top-notch performance every day.

Who You Are:

• A confident, people-first leader with strong organizational skills.
• Experienced in team management (retail, service, or car wash industry preferred).
• Driven by results and comfortable tracking goals and performance.
• Reliable, hands-on, and passionate about customer experience.
• Excited to grow with a company that values hard work and integrity.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $19 – $22/hour.
• Monthly performance bonuses + commission on personally sold memberships.
