Sales Representative/Chaser for Servpro of West Jordan; South Jordan/Draper;

Holladay/Cottonwood ; Murray/Midvale/Cottonwood Heights

This position is an outside sales position and NOT digital marketing

Salary: 50,000-70,000+ Commission ( DOE plus number of contacts you bring that are pertinent to a restoration company)

• Job Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional nights and weekends as needed. Some travel for industry events may be required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Chase Fire/Water/Bio leads Day or Night
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle through completing your route visits and setting up closing appointments and maintaining assigned contact lists
• Participates in professional associations , and promotes continuing education (CE) courses
• Meet sales objectives by maintaining existing customer and building new customer relationships.
• Compile and maintain decision maker information and identify “Target 25” ( Top 25 prospects to develop into clients)
• Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships with strategic clients.
• Provide Owners and Sales and Marketing Managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments)
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

 

Position Requirements

• A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience a Plus
• Proven track record in the Sales or Hospitality industry
• Strong business background and process-and-results-driven attitude
• Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred but not required
• Working knowledge of current business software technologies i.e., excel
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience a plus
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Possess a valid driver’s License
• Industry contacts a plus

Must be empathetic when dealing with customers in traumatic situations.
