ABOUT THE ROLE
McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Route Delivery Driver to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll complete daily delivery routes, assist with loading/unloading, and operate company vehicles responsibly—all while being home every evening. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in excellent service and safe driving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete assigned delivery routes based on the weekly schedule.
• Operate company vehicles (manual and automatic) safely and in full compliance with DOT regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading tires and related products.
• Ensure on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and routine preventative maintenance (PM).
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of delivery driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Able to pass a DOT physical exam.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
