As a Residential Project Manager, You’ll: Manage multiple residential projects from kickoff through final walkthrough
Coordinate with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams
Oversee budgets, timelines, materials, and jobsite logistics
Ensure projects meet safety codes, contract specs, and top-tier quality
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout every phase
What You Bring Solid experience as a
Residential Roofing Project Manager in construction or remodeling
Strong understanding of residential systems, codes, and construction methods
Excellent organizational and communication skills
A proactive, hands-on leadership style and a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects while keeping everything running smoothly
