Research Assistant - Entry Level
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Assistant to support clinical study operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in clinical research and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist study coordinators with daily clinic procedures, including participant check-ins, informed consent processes, administering electronic questionnaires, and supporting instrumentation and photography tasks.
+ Perform administrative duties such as preparing test materials, making appointment reminder calls, and quality-checking study documents.
+ Support the development and organization of study paperwork and documentation.
+ Ensure punctual attendance for all assigned studies and maintain a professional presence in the clinic.
+ Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulations.
+ Collaborate with other departments as needed and contribute to a positive team environment.
+ Deliver excellent customer service to both clients and study participants, maintaining respectful and professional interactions at all times.
+ Adhere to all safety and operational integrity protocols.
Qualifications:
+ Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
+ Interest or experience in medical or clinical environments is a plus.
+ Comfortable using standard office equipment, including computers and phones.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional setting with attention to detail.
Experience Level: Entry Level
Work Environment: Professional office and clinical setting. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Once sequester studies start end of Sept/October some studies will be 8 hours and some will be 12 hours
Schedule for sequester days will start at 6 or 7am and run through the end of the study (8 hours or 12 hours) - If working 12 hour study next day will be a short day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
