Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Frisco, Texas.

Duties:

• Track, document, and monitor operational tasks, workflows, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Maintain well-structured electronic filing systems by applying standard file naming conventions and version control practices
• Support the resolution of process issues and service gaps by identifying root causes and recommending improvements
• Prepare documentation, create folders, and manage accurate and timely data entry
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure deadlines and commitments are met
• Deliver excellent internal customer service through clear, professional, and timely communication
• Leverage SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools to organize, analyze, and share information effectively

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience using SharePoint for file management, collaboration, and documentation
• Strong knowledge of file naming conventions, folder organization, and electronic document management
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and task management abilities
• Proven ability to document, track, and follow up on tasks to ensure completion and accountability
• Familiarity with process flows, workflow management, and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills in dynamic work environments
• Customer service–oriented mindset with a focus on resolving issues effectively
• Previous experience as a resolution specialist or in a similar support role is preferred
• Hardware and system access will be provided

The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $21.43 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
