What You'll Do: As a Professional Land Surveyor with us, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the landscape and infrastructure of tomorrow. From boundary surveys to construction staking and beyond, you'll lead the way in providing accurate, reliable, and innovative surveying solutions that exceed client expectations.

• Lead land surveying projects from start to finish, including boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and construction layout.
• Utilize cutting-edge surveying technology, including GPS, and total stations, to collect accurate data and deliver precise results.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior surveying staff, providing technical expertise and support to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

• FS/PLS in North and/or South Carolina preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in surveying software and technology, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GPS/GNSS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
