We are currently seeking  Production Operators to join our team in  Burlington, WA . This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, assembling and testing electronic components, and ensuring high-quality production output. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Burlington, Washington
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (depending on shift)
Shift: Day and Night shifts available
Schedule: Pitman Schedule (2-2-3-2-2-3)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines in accordance with Standard Work Instructions (SWI)
• Clean and prepare workstation and machinery before and after use
• Assemble and test components to meet specified standards
• Perform basic electrical and continuity testing on parts and systems
• Inspect assemblies and identify any defective parts
• Verify final assemblies for proper finish, labeling, and packaging
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or leads

Qualifications Skills

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to distinguish between colors
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English
• Intermediate computer literacy and ability to interpret data
• Effective communication with supervisors and coworkers
• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Soldering experience is a plus

Education and Experience

• Minimum 1 year of production experience (2 years preferred)
• Mechanically inclined
