As a Print Services Operator Level 2, you’ll play a vital role in producing and delivering Scripture-based resources to people around the world.

From bindery and finishing to packaging and fulfillment, your work will help ensure that every devotional, book, and Bible resource is produced with excellence and care. What You’ll Do

• Run the Machines That Fuel Ministry: Operate a variety of finishing, mailing, and fulfillment equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, inserters, and boxers with precision and speed.
• Maintain and Troubleshoot: Perform regular upkeep, cleaning, and minor adjustments. Quickly identify and troubleshoot malfunctions to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Support Fulfillment and Quality: Assist in warehousing and order packaging, ensuring accurate labeling, shipping, and quality control for every item that leaves our facility.
• Keep Track and Stay Sharp: Use production systems (Avanti Slingshot, WMS, etc.) to log time and track inventory. Maintain accurate paperwork and communicate production data clearly.
• Adapt and Contribute: Work flexibly within a fast-paced print environment, jumping in where needed and adapting to new systems, processes, and technologies.

What You Bring

• One year of technical training or equivalent experience in machine operations
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Two years of experience in a high-volume production environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production/scheduling systems
• Track record of safety, quality, and on time performance
• Ability to complete HILO training and obtain forklift license
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job such as standing, repetitive motion, bending, pulling, lifting, and twisting.
• A life marked by biblical values, spiritual maturity, and a commitment to growing in Christ

Other Training (Provided) and Requirements

• Completion of ODBM Print Services Operator Level 1 Training
• Completion of ODBM Print Services Machine Training Program
