Job Summary: As a Med-Surg Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care following our established protocols while supporting patients and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Implement medical-surgical nursing practices to enhance patient care and quality of life.
• Build effective relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, advocating for their unique care needs.
• Use the nursing process to assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance, and comfort measures.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide high-quality nursing care tailored to patients’ age and clinical needs.
• Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• No prior experience required.
• State-specific nursing licenses and Basic Life Support certification required.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires frequent lifting, walking, using your voice for communication, and other physical activities. A commitment to safe practices is essential.
