Onsite Property Manager – Free Housing Included
Eugene, Oregon | Full Time | Live Onsite
Lead a thriving 100+ home community in Eugene! We’re hiring an experienced Property Manager / Community Manager who can hit the ground running. This live onsite property management role includes a 2-bedroom home with all utilities paid. If you have proven experience in apartment management, community management, or manufactured housing property oversight , this is your chance to step into a leadership role with strong growth potential.
$35,000 – $42,500 DOE + Free Housing + Paid Utilities + Bonuses + Benefits + 401K
Key Responsibilities
Full-scope property management : rent collection, leasing, applications, compliance, and violation notices
Build strong resident relations and create a positive living environment
Oversee maintenance operations , property inspections, and vendor coordination
Support groundskeeping, landscaping, and facilities management
Partner with service vendors for pool management and seasonal operations
Stay current on housing regulations and complete ongoing property management training
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in property management, multifamily housing, apartment management, storage facilities, or manufactured home communities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities; self-motivated
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and property management software
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
FREE Housing : 2 bed / 1.5 bath home with appliances, washer/dryer, and a separate business office next door to the home
Utilities Included : electricity, water, sewer, garbage, cable, and internet
Salary: $35,000 – $42,500 annually (DOE)
Performance bonuses + mileage reimbursement
Health benefits + 401K (after 1 year)
