Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, trustworthy professional with 3 years’ experience in maintenance and/or construction. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance for our 300-unit community located in Hatboro, PA.

Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Rate: $23 – 30/hour, based on experience
Wage Status: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime)
Schedule: Four 10-hour days, On call
Location: On site

· Available for on-call rotation
· Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs.
