Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to support daily operations in mail processing, package handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient sorting, delivery, and production tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with established procedures.
• Deliver mail and packages to designated departments or recipients.
• Receive, check in, and track incoming packages.
• Assist with finishing and production print tasks as assigned.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or internal delivery.
• Maintain organized mailroom and storage areas.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Follow all safety procedures when handling mail, packages, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mailroom, warehouse, or office services preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for tracking and recordkeeping.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
