Immediate need for a legal billing specialist seeking positive workplace environment, great benefits and competitive salary. This legal billing specialist must have 3+ years of law firm billing experience, collections experience and experience with accounting software will be keys to success in this prestigious organization. Will be responsible for preparing invoices for the law firm, edit pre-bills for attorneys and apply retainer funds for Legal Services company. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with 3E are also preferred. The position will also perform a variety of other accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures. The Billing Coordinator maintains contact with attorneys, staff, vendors, and clients and observes confidentiality of client and Firm matters.
