Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Survey Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple land surveying projects from inception to completion, including coordination, budgeting, client communication, and team leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in surveying and project management to play a key role in delivering high-quality survey services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple land surveying projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Oversee field crews, provide guidance, and coordinate daily operations.
• Communicate with clients to ensure project goals, timelines, and expectations are met.
• Develop project budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and control costs.
• Review and analyze survey data, maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Address and resolve boundary-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and review technical documents and final deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing land surveying projects.
• Georgia PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) license or LSIT (Land Surveyor in Training) with the ability to obtain PLS certification.
• Proficient in survey data analysis and project coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a drug test .
