*What you’ll do*

* Oversee and execute the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seemless installations
* Utilize your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform equipment repairs as needed.
* Provide guidance to junior technicians, sharing your expertise
* Maintain accurate records of installations and repairs while ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC/R technology to enhance service delivery.

*Basic qualifications*

* Proven experience as a lead installer in the HVAC industry.
* Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and schematics.
* Proficiency in using tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics.

*Preferred qualifications*

* Proven history of installing HVAC systems
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
