Front Office Receptionist Law Office

We're looking for a Front Office Receptionist who enjoys being the first friendly face clients see and the voice that keeps the office running smoothly. You'll work closely with a team of attorneys, managing their calendars, scheduling clients, and keeping operations on track. What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contactanswer calls, greet visitors, and schedule client appointments.
  • Vet and pre-screen clients to ensure accurate intake.
  • Manage calendars for multiple attorneys, coordinating appointments and follow-ups.
  • Perform data entry in Excel to track appointments, client names, assigned attorneys, and meeting outcomes for management review.
  • Maintain the referral log and ensure accurate records.
  • Handle front office tasks such as scanning, filing, and general administrative support.
  • Order and track office supplies to keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of front office or receptionist experience (law office experience highly preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsyou're bubbly, professional, and client-focused.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office technology.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
