Responsibilities

•Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products
•Evaluate the individual needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options
•Hit the outlined business production objectives so the agency meets its overall financial goals
•Compile insurance quotes using accurate customer information, data, and rates for insurance policies
•Make phone calls, write text messages, and send emails to increase sales revenue from potential customers

Qualifications

•One year minimum sales experience preferred
•Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses
•Candidates must clear a background check
•Must display strong leadership and communication skills
•Excellent at building rapport and relationships with people
