ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell insurance products such as auto, home, life, and business.
Consulting: Understand client needs and provide personalized coverage recommendations.
Customer Service: Support clients with questions, claims, and policy changes.
Networking: Grow your client base through community involvement, referrals, and outreach.
Compliance: Follow industry regulations and uphold high ethical standards.
Business Management: Oversee daily operations and support agency growth.

RequirementsAge & Work Authorization: Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
Licensing: Ability to obtain state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health). Farmers provides support and resources for the licensing process.
Background Check: Must meet state requirements, including fingerprinting and background screening.
Sales & Service Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Willingness to take ownership, manage operations, and grow a business.
Business & Marketing Skills: Comfortable with networking, marketing, and building relationships.
Training: Completion of Farmers training program covering products, systems, and business operations.
