Executive Assistant to Young CEO of Major Fashion Brand. (Soho)
Young CEO of major fashion brand seeks highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide him with comprehensive support for his fast-paced life that involves multiple responsibilities. Successful applicants must have experience assisting CEOs, working with UHNW families, the inherent tendency to keep physical spaces in perfect order at all times, practice anticipating needs ranging from which suit should be cleaned days before a meeting to when lunch should be ordered without being told, excellent judgment, and the ability to work quickly without making mistakes or showing stress.
Requirements
· BA/BS from competitive US college
· Minimum 8 years Executive Assistant experience
· Minimum 3 years Executive Assistant to CEO experience
· Personal Assistant experience
· Experience supervising other staff
· Excellent writing
· On point communication
· Fluency with software, tech and apps
· High degree of accuracy in work
· Fast-paced working style
· Emotional intelligence, capacity for nuance
· Thick skin and ability not to take things personally
· Ability to commit to position for the longer term
Responsibilities
· Execute all directives as they come up every day
· Maintain pristine and organized office space
· Supervise Second Assistant and Driver
· Keep calendar
· Identify priorities for Principal’s time
· Act as a sounding board for Principal to consider corporate strategy and project timelines
· Manage Principal’s interactions with stakeholders
· Foster relationships and schedule meetings
· Take notes in meetings and identify action items
· Ensure identified tasks get done
· Personal assistance as needed
M-F 9am-7pm
$175K/year base, $25K/year bonus, health insurance
