RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking an Email Campaign Developer to join their team in Orlando, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity, and this person must be located in the Orlando area for ease of coming onsite. The Developer will be responsible for end-to-end technical html coding for email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (inclusive building, editing, testing, and deployment), ensuring consistency with client brand elements and delivering flexible email creative frameworks to enable dynamic content.
Responsibilities:
Designing and coding responsive HTML templates that enable dynamic content customization & personalization of the email working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Thoroughly test emails for compatibility including responsive layouts across all email providers on multiple computer platforms (PC & Mobile) including most commonly used web browser-based email clients
Troubleshoot and resolve coding issues in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business Communications, etc.
3-5 years of experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in other ESP's like Adobe AJO is a plus
Extensive HTML knowledge, HTML coder with emphasis on email, experience with salesforce marketing cloud with ESP
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Journey Builder inclusive of creating automations and journeys
Advanced technical skills and expertise with HTML and CSS optimized for email deployment with an understanding of the difference between coding for the web and coding for email
Ability to code HMTL by hand
Experience in other ESP's like Adobe AJO nice to have
Must be able to code responsive emails
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing objectives and timelines
Strong project manager and innovative problem solver who is intensely detail-oriented, result-focused, and able to successfully execute multiple projects accurately and on time
Proven expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and animated gifs
Advanced experience with email testing software (render testing), working with email deployment platform and troubleshooting creative deployment issues
Passion for learning new skills, expanding experience
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task, and participate in a team-based planning process
Customer service-oriented with a -can-do- attitude even when faced with complex requests
Marketa experience nice to have
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Scrum team experience nice to have
Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
Including Email Studio
Mobile Studio
And Journy builder inclusive of creating automations and journeys
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
