We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will input, update, and maintain data in our systems accurately and efficiently. This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into computer systems or databases with accuracy
  

• Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
  

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  

• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
  

• Follow company procedures and data entry standards
  

• Communicate with team members to clarify information or resolve data-related issues
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  

• Basic computer skills (familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets)
  

• Excellent typing skills (35+ WPM preferred)
  

• Attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  

• Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop
