Location: Syracuse, NY Area (Project-Site Based) Status: Full-Time, Project-Based (Contingent on Award) About the Role This is an entry-level position perfect for hardworking individuals looking to start a career in construction. You will support the skilled installers and keep the project moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Assist installers with digging post holes, mixing concrete, and staging materials. Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them along the work site. Clean and prepare sites, and handle general site cleanup. Learn and adhere to all job-site safety practices. Qualifications No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various conditions. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
