If you enjoy working outside performing manual labor using rakes, shovels, compactors or brute strength, we want to hear from you. Experience with landscaping or farm work is a plus. Responsibilities In these roles, you will be traveling throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure, including landfill, highway, site preparation and public works projects. Though positions may require travel, Sargent covers travel expenses, including lodging, mileage and per diem for meals, and you will be home every weekend. Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) Construction experience: 1 year (Preferred) Driver’s license (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Schedule 10‑hour shift.
