Community Relations Manager at Mosaic summary:

The Community Relations Manager develops and implements strategies to strengthen organizational ties within the community, focusing on fundraising, public relations, and volunteer coordination. They manage donor relationships, organize special events, and lead marketing efforts to secure sustainable financial support. This role requires experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, and strong communication and time management skills.

Develops and executes a comprehensive community relations and donor development plan to enhance relationships for the organization in the assigned community and gain measurable and sustainable financial support for Mosaic through fund-raising, friend raising, public relations, marketing, special event and volunteer management.

• Two years’ experience in a similar position
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while communicating honestly about your timelines, challenges and questions.
• Previous experience with grant writing, volunteer management, and experience with nonprofit fundraising
