Job Description
Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA! Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. Schedule: Flexibility to work Monday-Thursday 9 am to 7pm and Friday 9am to 5pm

Requirements:Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC in CA.
Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
Exceptional clinical judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
