Las Chicas Bakery & Cafe is looking for a cake decorator to join our 21 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable an attentive to detail.
Responsibilities
-Assemble, finish and decorate cakes with whipped cream , buttercream or fondant as requested by customer
-Develop, produce and merchandise bakery products to stimulate sales and enhance bakery growth
-Create new and flavorful items to enhance customer interest
-Prepare and bake various mixes for cakes tarts and cookies and individual pastries
-Prepare fillings, icings, mousses, and other confections.
-Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery premises
-Follow appropriate safety and sanitation procedures in the bakery.
