Everline Coatings is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Operations Manager to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

· Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure timely completion of projects

· Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

· Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions

· Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

· Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the coatings industry

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies

· Proficiency in budgeting and financial management

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

An Area Operations Manager at EverLine Coatings ensures each location is compliant, meets KPIs and SLAs, manages depot managers, and ensures timely and efficient deliveries and dispatches. 

• Ensuring Compliance:

The Area Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring each EverLine location adheres to all company activities and regulations.

• Managing Depot Managers:

They oversee and manage depot managers to ensure each location is functioning effectively and meeting company goals.

• Meeting KPIs and SLAs:

The role focuses on ensuring that each location meets the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Managing Deliveries and Dispatches:

They are responsible for the efficient and timely management of deliveries from suppliers and the dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

• Heartbeat of the location

The EverLine Ops Manager ensures that the whole team is aligned to deliver on promises to clients
